Warranty statement
 
In order to maintain the reputation and image of LED lamps, tri-proof lamps and other products of Fulton Science and Technology Lighting Co., Ltd. in the market and users, and constantly improve our product quality and customers’ satisfaction, our company state the warranty of products as follows:

Production conditions:
  1. Our company's quality management system complies with ISO9001;
  2. Our company will not change the product materials and design without the consent of customer;
  3. All products of our company have passed EMC and LVD tests, and corresponding IP and IK level tests, having corresponding certificates issued by third-party laboratories;
  4. All products of our company have passed the inspecting procedures of full inspection, aging and spot check before leaving the factory;
5.  Our company provides 3 or 5 years’ warranty for corresponding products from the date of shipment.
 
Scheme of warranty:
The following schemes are valid within the warranty period.
  1. When the defective rate is no more than 0.3%, the customer shall not claim against us;
  2. When the defective rate of a single batch of products is no more than 2%, the customer shall inform the order number, providing photo or video evidence, after confirming our fault, we will send the corresponding quantity of products for replacement with the customer's next order for free;
  3. When the defective rate of single batch of products is more than 2% and less than or equal to 5%, the customer shall inform the order number, providing the photo or video evidence, and send back some or all of the defective products for analysis, we shall bear the freight, after confirming our fault, we will send the corresponding quantity of products for replacement with the customer's next order for free;
4.  When the defective rate of a single batch of products is more than 5%, the customer shall inform the order number, providing photo or video evidence, and send back some of the defective products for analysis. We shall bear the freight. After confirming that it is our fault, we will recall all the goods and bear the freight, or ask the customer to destroy them on the spot. After that, we will provide the qualified products for the customer again free of charge, and bear the shipping cost of the goods to the customer's sea port.
